DÉCEMBRE 2011. En fin de compte, les autorités allemandes n’ont pas donné à Air Koryo l’autorisation de vols charters  en 2012 entre Berlin et Pyongyang malgré le fait que les nouveaux avions  Tupolev Tu-204s soient conformes aux normes de sécurité internationales. Cela signifie que tous nos voyages de groupe en avril 2012 commenceront de Pékin. Nous pensons quand même que ces vols auront lieu dans un proche avenir.

20 OCTOBRE 2011. Coupe du Monde de la FIFA 2014. Match de qualification de la zone Asie - Groupe C. La Coréee du Nord rencontrera le Japon le 15 novembre 2011à 16.00 h. dans le stade Kim Il Sung à Pyongyang.

OCTOBRE 2011. En avril-mai 2012, Air Koryo va organiser plusieurs vols charters directs entre Berlin et Pyongyang. C'est une occasion unique de voler directement de l'Europe vers la Corée du Nord sans faire un arrêt en Chine ou en Russie. L'avion TU204-100 peut accueillir 164 passagers en classe économique et 12 passagers en classe affaires. TU 204-100 répond à toutes les exigences techniques et de sécurité de l'Union Européenne et partira de l'aéroport Berlin Schönefeld.

L'aéroport de Berlin Schönefeld est l'un des plus grands aéroports en Allemagne et se situe à 18 km de Berlin. Les voyageurs utilisent souvent Berlin Schönefeld pour escapades de week-end. L'aéroport est utilisé par les compagnies aériennes à faible coût pour vols domestiques, internationaux et transcontinentaux. Les compagnies aériennes qui ont un de leurs hubs à Berlin Schönefeld sont Air Berlin, EasyJet et German Wings. Autres compagnies desservant Berlin Schönefeld sont Aer Lingus, Condor, Iceland Express, Ryanair, Pegasus Airlines, Ryanair, SunExpress etc

SEPTEMBRE 2011. A l'occasion du 70ème anniversaire de Kim Jong Il, on organisera à Pyongyang un show unique de "Mass Gymnastics" (à ne pas confondre avec Mass Games!) le 16 février 2012. Cette information sera mise à jour.

MAI 2011. En 2012, la Corée du Nord célèbre le 100ème anniversaire de l'éternel président Kim Il Sung. Nous n'avons pas encore eu des informations quant aux événements qui auront lieu mais connaissant bien le pays, nous pouvons dire que nous nous attendons à une célébration grandiose. Déjà aujourd'hui nous pouvons constater un grand intérêt à visiter la RPDC en 2012. À cette occasion Korea Konsult offre une réduction de prix spéciale de 50 Euros/personne à ceux qui réservent lun de nos voyages en groupe 2012 avant le 1 septembre 2011. « Grand Spectacle Magique » dans le Stade du Premier Mai à Pyongyang.
4 MARS 2011.Entre le 18 avril et le 9 mai, le rideau se lèvera sur un nouveau et unique spectacle dans le Stade du Premier Mai à Pyongyang. Ce show spectaculaire aura lieu deux fois par semaine (mercredi et samedi soir). C’est une occasion unique pour ceux qui n’ont pas l’occasion de voir les Mass Games en été et en automne. Pyongyang Hosts a Large-sized Magic Show

The April Spring Friendship Art Festival has been held as a traditional event in Pyongyang, capital city of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, in the beautiful spring month of April. In addition to the festival, Pyongyang will host this year a new form of magic show in the May Day Stadium, where the grand mass gymnastics and artistic performance Arirang is staged every year.
 A link in the whole chain of magic shows held in a few countries the world over, the magic show, prepared by the Pyongyang Circus, will present aircraft, a large bus, elephants and other giant objects and animals in their form.
Aircraft and a large bus appearing and then suddenly disappearing, elephants and other heavy animals appearing mysteriously, motorcycle performing fantastic skills, magicians floating in the air as if in a gravity-free space-all these will be presented in one large-scale artistic image.
 Audiences will enjoy in Pyongyang a multifaceted artistic performance of a new mood, which, unlike the magic shows that were held previously in a few countries, presents a series of numbers in one show.
 This magic show is to be performed by Kim Chol, a prestigious magician of the Pyongyang Circus. He is 50 years old this year.
 He become an eye-catcher already in his teens, drawing the limelight of the magic circles.
 He distinguished himself with his marked individuality at international magic festivals already in the 1980s, enjoyng popularity with the audiences.
 He is vice-chairman of the Magicians Association of Korea and leader of the magic production team of the Pyongyang Circus. At present he is a world-class producer and performer of pieces of magic.
 His masterpieces include Warriors, Girls Reflected in Mirror and A Rich Catch pf Catfish, which are well known in the world for the unique skills and splendid conception.
 The magic pieces of the DPRK have won more than 20 highest prizes, including the Grand Prix, at the Monte Carlo International Magic Festival and other festivals on ten occasions.
 For the past 60 years since its inception in 1952, the Pyongyang Circus has produced 1200 works, winning 70 awards including 36 gold prizes at 38 international circus festivals.
 The circus has performed on 35000 occasions in total at home and abroad, including 250 tours around the globe, earning international prestige.
 The magic show is slated to open on April 18(Monday) during the 27th April Spring Friendship Art Festival. It will be held twice a week, six times in all.
 Application for tickets is increasing rapidly at home and even abroad.

Le train direct Moscou-Pyongyang annulé.
OCTOBRE 2010. Le train direct Moscou - Pyongyang (train 20/19 via Chine) sera annulé à partiir de mi-décembre 2010. Cette annulation sera valable jusqu'à fin mai 2011. Ceux qui voudront prendre le train entre Moscou et Pyongyang seront obligés de changer de train à Shenyang ou à Pékin.

Air China ouvre une nouvelle route vers Pyongyang
31 MARS 2008 (XInhua). Un Boeing d'Air China 737 a atterri à l'aéroport de Sunan à Pyongyang le lundi 31 mars 2008 ouvrant une nouvelle route aérienne entre Pékin et Pyongyang, la capitale de la Corée du Nord (RPDC). Le Boeing décollera de Pékin tous les lundis, mercredis et vendredis. Air China basé à Pékin est l'unique compagnie aérienne étrangère à proposer des vols réguliers vers la Corée du Nord (RPDC).

Football. Ne ratez pas le match historique entre le Nord et le Sud le 26 mars 2008 (Le match a été finalement joué à Shanghai et a terminé avec le résultat 0:0)
14 JAN 2008. Le 26 mars 2008, la Corée du Nord rencontrera la Corée du Sud dans un match qualificatif de la Coupe du Monde de la FIFA 2010. Les deux Corées ont la possibilité de se qualifier dans un groupe comprenant la Jordanie et le Turkmenistan. Korea Konsult offre à tous les inconditionnels de football la chance unique d'assister à ce match le 26 mars qui aura lieu à Pyongyang dans le stade Kim Il Sung. Entre le 25-29 mars 2008 Korea Konsult organise un voyage en groupe comprenant ce match considéré comme un des événements de l'année.

Les difficultés pour l'insfrastructure nord-coréenne causées par les inondations du mois d'août ont été surmontées dans la plupart des régions de la RPDC et le magnifique spectacle de Masse "Arirang" (Mass Games) redémarre aujourd'hui à Pyongyang. L'"Arirang" va se dérouler jusqu'au 10 octobre (le jour du 62-ième Anniversaire du Parti Coréen des Travailleurs). Pendant la période d' "Arirang" il est possible d'obtenir un visa nord-coréen en 1 semaine seulement. Partez avec notre dernier voyage de groupe à partir de Pékin le 9 octobre. Mass Games 2007 have been finally confirmed by the DPRK
MARCH 4, 2007. The DPRK has finally confirmed that Arirang Mass Games 2007 will be hosted in the North Korean capital Pyongyang during the period April 15th - May 15th as well as from mid-August to mid-October 2007. To find out more about Arirang Mass Games 2007 please click here.

Major Sport Events in North Korea in 2007
NOVEMBER 2006. 2005-2006 annual meeting of the International Ice Hockey Federation decided to host the 2007 IIHF World Women Championships (Div.II) in Pyongyang, the capital of the D P R Korea. According to The Korea Sports Fund, the upcoming championships will be held between March 17 and 23 and draw many women’s ice hockey teams from the D P R K, the Netherlands, Italy, Austria, Slovenia and Slovak. The D P R K team is among the top-notch teams in Asia.

Arirang Mass Games are cancelled
JULY 29, 2006. Due to heavy rains and difficult flood situation in the whole country, the DPRK has made the decision to postpone Arirang Mass Games until the next spring. Unfortunately this means that American citizens who planned to visit the DPRK this year won’t be able to do that. All “non-American” tours are going to run as planned.

China Southern starts flying to Pyongyang
MAY 2006. China Southern just announced that they are resuming their Beijing-Pyongyang
flights on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, beginning May 1, 2006. China Southern will be using Boeing 737s for flights to the DPRK unlike the North Korean Airline Air Koryo flying now on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays and using Russianbuild Tupolev aircrafts. According to statistics provided by the airline, 240,000 Chinese visited the Democratic People's Republic of Korea in 2005.

Arirang Mass Games even in 2006 !
APRIL 2006. Despite initial plans to run the next Arirang Mass Games as late as in 2008, thanks to the success made by this event in 2005 organizers decided to run one more Arirang in 2006. Koreakonsult is going to organize group- as well as individual tours during Arirang.

Air Koryo opens a new regular flight from/to Beijing
APRIL 2006. In the mid-april 2006 the North Korean airline Air Koryo opened a new regular route linking Beijing and Pyongyang, the new flight will operate every Thursday.

Latest update on Arirang Festival

The Arirang Festival' s opening ceremony has taken place at the May Day
Stadium in Pyongyang on August 15, 2005. Celebrating the 60th anniversary of
Korea's Liberation from Japan, the present DPRK leader, Kim Jong Il, was
present at the ceremony.

Although we were originally informed that the Arirang Festival would
continue until October 31, the latest information from Pyongyang tells us
that the Festival will end two weeks prior to this date - on October 17.

For that reason, people wishing to join our last group tour in late October
will not be able to attend the Arirang Festival. We are making some changes
to remedy this. Please note that our last Arirang tour will be held from
October 8 until October 15. The deadline for applications is September 2,
2005.

A few weeks ago Koreakonsult announced about a special tour for journalists between July 19-23, 2005. Thank you all who applied for this tour, but unfortunately we got a sudden request from North Korean Tourism Administration to cancel the tour and stop all the arrangements.

The 2004 Pyongyang International Technology and Infrastructure Exhibition (ITIE) will be held this year between 21-24th September at the New Technology and Innovation Hall (which has a floor space of 10,000 sqm) in Pyongyang, DPRK.
